What we store

• Your Telegram ID and name — so you can use Shanti without creating an account.
• The data you enter yourself: client names, passes, and visit records.
• Technical service logs — for diagnosing errors.

How we use it

Only to run Shanti: to show your client list to you — and no one else. We don’t sell or share your data with third parties, and we don’t use it for advertising.

Who can see your data

Access is tied to your Telegram account — other users can’t see your clients or passes. The Shanti team doesn’t look at your data except for technical troubleshooting.

Data export

Your data is yours: message us at @shanti_app and we’ll export all your clients and passes as CSV.

Data deletion

Message us at @shanti_app and we’ll delete your account and all associated data.
