Pass tracking — in Telegram, not in a notebook

Shanti is a Telegram mini app for coaches, tutors, practitioners, and small studios: clients, passes, and one-tap visit marking.

Client card in Shanti: an active pass with day and visit progress
Client list in Shanti with pass statuses

Sound familiar?

The notebook lies — and goes missing

Does Mike have five sessions left, or four? You recount the tally marks with nothing to back you up — and without a reliable record, you lose either money or trust.

The spreadsheet is at home — the clients are here

Excel lives on your laptop, but the visit needs marking right now. “I’ll log it tonight” turns into “I forgot” far too often.

The pass expired a week ago

The client keeps showing up, you keep teaching — for free. It’s just that nobody noticed the pass had run out.

Mark visits

One tap after class — Shanti deducts the visit, updates what’s left, and shows you ahead of time whose pass is about to run out.

Everything you need to keep track. Nothing you don’t.

One-tap visit marking

One client walks in — tap; seven walk in — long-press to select them and mark everyone at once.

Passes of every kind

By number of visits, by time period, unlimited — in any combination.

Pass templates

Set up “monthly, 10 sessions” once — then just pick it from the list.

Warnings before it’s too late

“Expires in 3 days,” “2 visits left” — color-coded statuses and progress bars flag it before the client asks.

Search and filters

All, active, expiring soon, expired — find the right client in a second.

Pass history

A client’s active, upcoming, and past passes — the full history right on their card.

Why Telegram instead of a standalone app

Nothing to install

Shanti opens from a chat in a second, and your phone is always on you — mark a visit right on the mat or at the whiteboard.

No sign-up, no passwords

You’re already logged into Telegram — which means you’re already logged into Shanti.

Works on every device

Phone, tablet, or computer: Shanti opens wherever Telegram does — your data follows you.

Questions, answered

Where is my data stored?

On Shanti’s servers, not on your phone: switch devices, log into Telegram, and every client and pass is right where you left it. Try that with a notebook. And if you ever want a copy of your data, message @shanti_app — we’ll export everything to CSV.

Do my clients need to install anything?

No. Shanti is for you only — your clients don’t install anything, don’t sign up, and don’t even need to know it exists.

What happens after the 14 free days?

Your call: if it fits, subscribe for $10 a month; if not, simply stop using it. No surprise charges — we never ask for a card for the trial.

How do I cancel?

Anytime: message @shanti_app and your subscription stops right away — no conditions, no fees, no guilt trips.

I’m not a coach. Is Shanti for me?

Yes — Shanti is for anyone who sells sessions or services as passes and tracks visits.

It’s missing a feature I need. What now?

Message us at @shanti_app — Shanti is moving fast, and requests like yours directly shape the roadmap.

Try Shanti at your next session

14 days free, full access, no card — if it’s not for you, just close it. And the notebook can stay home.
